Partner & Principal
​With over 20 years of experience in audit and compliance, Coumba leads Amplify Finance Services and ensures that every project is meticulously managed and executed.
She has secured and managed funding from various state and federal agencies.
Coumba's background includes tenured leadership roles at Ernst & Young (EY), and Kaiser Permanente. ​She holds a Master's in Business Administration and is a Certified Internal Auditor.
Thomas Dubois
Partner & Principal
Thomas brings extensive expertise in federal grants, having successfully developed high quality proposals for the Departments of Labor, Commerce, Education, and Energy, the National Science Foundation, and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration.
With over 20 years of experience as a management consultant and startup founder, Thomas helps organizations get structured and design their programs for optimal efficiency and impact. He is a certified PMP project manager and holds a Master's in Business.
